Service Description

A high-intensity full-body workout featuring rhythm riding both in and out of the saddle. Kelly's weighted class features upper body weighted sections using 1 lb dumbbells. While advanced work will occur, all levels are welcome as modifications are offered.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 12 hour cancellation policy for all rides. Unlimited members will be charged R50 for late cancels.
